Vulnerability in Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder — CVE-2026-103911
What to do now
Update Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder to 1.58.2 or later.
Affected versions
- Everything up to and including 1.58.1
Affected: Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder (plugin, forminator)
What the vulnerability is
The The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 1.58.1. This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes. This is exploitable on any block-theme install via a single unauthenticated GET request to the search results page, or by submitting an anonymous comment on any post with comments enabled; no Forminator-specific content or configuration is required to trigger execution.
